The staff is very professional.

I have stayed at many Sofitels around the world so I was expecting something a little nicer, both in the public spaces and in the room. This was not up to my usual Sofitel standards.

Proximity to MIA, friendly staff, pleasant public space and pool area.
Room and bathroom a little old.

Definitely upscale, but a little dated. Rooms clean and in good condition, and the staff was very friendly. They all say bonjour but otherwise don't speak French, which is kind of a farce. Overall, a pleasant place to stay.

Hotel had a slight damp smell to it in the halls & room.

The price & location it was a nice hotel. Bed was very comfortable and I had no real issues.

Staff was amazingly friendly and supportive.
Construction in the neighboring room at 8 am on a common wall.

The hotel and staff was wonderful especially one of the staff in the petite cafe in the Lobby. recommended

Just stayed one night for business meeting. Friendly staff. Good location south of MIA. Bright, open atmosphere.
