Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sofitel Miami
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(15) | Solo Traveler(14) | Traveling as Couple(47) | Family with Young Children(6) | Family with Teens(3) | Group Traveler(5)

Leaving it.
They charged for parking in their lot as if we had a choice of where to park. No coffee provided in the room so we had to pay for Starbucks in the lobby. No refrigerator in the room. What a ripoff.
I stayed in a Sofitel in New York which is why I selected this one. This one was extremely substandard to the one in New York. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the bathroom was nondescript with a dirty shower curtain and extreme lack of towels. No ice, no coffee, no refrigerator AND you have to pay to park!! For the price, I should have stayed at the Days Inn. They at least provide breakfast. ...

nice hotel; competent friendly staff; 4 star ambience
although its pretty, the restaurant is a ripoff. the service is slow (tip automatically added so no incentive to hurry); prices are high - it was the desserts that irritated us - - no menu offered, but dessert encouraged...$9 for three cookies?
