Location close to the "Centre Bell". Friendly and helpful staff. They upgraded our room after complaining about the noise from a wedding reception on the floor under our room. The free wifi internet access was very appreciated.
The superior room, king size bed was quite small, nothing impressive. Clean room and the bed was comfortable indeed, but i enjoyed bigger rooms, better furnished, with more much bigger and convenient bathrooms at other 4 stars hotel in the area.

Everything was wonderful at the hotel, it was clean and the staff were helpful and polite, the location was perfect.
The only problem was that the internet was only free for 24hrs. then it was $4 an hour after that, it seemed a little pricey.
It was great the room had robes and slippers, free water and turn down service.The hairdryer was even a pleasant surprise it wasn't one of those cheap ones and actually had some power, it was in walking distance of down town and the subway.We had a great stay.

The hotel was wonderful all the staff were great and helpful The room was clean and very presentable. Everyone tried their best with their welcome and they left a very kind note and a gift . The room was very quiet and beautifully serence. It was very relaxing.

Beautiful hotel!! The staff is so sweet, even when u order extra towels the guest service calls back to ask if we received them !! AMAZING!!! The bass sound systems was Wow, the bathrooms are beautiful, and the rain shower best thing ever!! I didn't want to c/out i wanted to stay in that room forever haha :) thank you sofitel !! Great hotel
