Every staff person was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location...convenient to Radio City, Rockefeller Center, the Empire State Building, Time Square, etc. Our room was quiet and spacious by NY standards. The bathroom was especially nice with separate tub and shower. The fitness room was also a plus.

The hotel is a fine hotel, though not worth the money, especially considering the room size. The room was kept clean by staff. The lobby and other staff were professional.
