It would have been good to know that the rooms have two twin beds or one queen - not two queens. I had to add a second room.

This hotel was amazing! Every expectation and then some was met. From staff to location was the best stay we have had on our 12 years visiting NYC.

Their are really no cons for us. We brought our 10 year old twins and they loved it as well. Very close to anything you could possible want or need in the big city!

The location and the rooms were great.
They did not let us check-in to our rooms until 7 at night.

The manager at the desk was completely rude and unapologetic about not having our rooms ready until 7 at night. I explained that we had young kids and could not wait that long. We arrived at 2 in the afternoon and they told us to come back at 5 and our rooms would be ready. When we returned at 6 they still needed to be cleaned. Several people messed up - they did not have a record of us needing adjoining rooms and then when they did find adjoining rooms they let the people in there have a late check out on both of them. They clearly were only interested in making as much money off the deal as possible! ...read more

We didn't have hot water one morning due to some plumbing issues. No big deal these things happen..

It was in a location we wanted to be.
The room was about the size of my daughters playhouse and not worth the price.

The hotel is a fine hotel, though not worth the money, especially considering the room size. The room was kept clean by staff. The lobby and other staff were professional.
