Good facilities (eg. gym) and a great location.
Somewhat aged atmosphere and the room did not have the freshest feeling (air).
For older couples that are looking for a comfortable and "classy" stay this hotel might be a really good choice. For people looking for a modern and fresh experience I'd recommend staying away.

The staff was most attentive, the restaurant absolutely incredible, the bedding was better than any hotel or even resort at which I've stayed.
If you are looking for an exceptional hotel stay, this is the place. We had no idea what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised by class of the staff. From valet to check in to the staff in the restaurant. The restaurant itself was incredible. Impecable service, succulent meals and an in room menu that trumps them all. I seriously doubt that I could have a better experience at a different hotel. We will most definitely be back. ...

Great location. In middle of remodel and had to ask multi times to make extra bed, frig did not work and asked 2x for new one as we were trying to get to bed as it was late. Everyone nice just a little inefficient.Will stay again
remodeling... Wish we had known, as would have stayed elsewhere
Nice location ,great local resturants, easy walk everywhere, university city close, good staff, a little pricey.

Great room with large shower and separate tub.
The staff greet you with French greetings... bonjour monsieur, etc. Pretentious.
Check the menu for the cost of the drinks at the bar so you know what you are getting into in terms price!

an elegant hotel in a great location.
I was a little disappointed with the room. We paid extra for a "deluxe" room, but aside from the king bed, there was nothing really deluxe about it in terms of amenities. There was nightly turn-down service, which was nice.
great location, friendly and helpful staff. We did not use any of the hotel services otherwise
