The hotel's location was incredible and the ambience was awesome. The rooms were a little small an hard to work in, but everything else was amazing!!! Awesome service!
The rooms were a little small. But I loved how they were decorated!!

The Staff at Front Guest Reception were warm and welcoming. Room service breakfast was in my room in 15 minutes from when I hung up the phone. Forgot my toothbrush no problem with a call to housekeeping - a toothbrush was delivered in 5 minutes! Perfect stay!

Rooms are pretty small, but this was to be expected. Walls were pretty thin so could hear noise in hallways as well.

Everyone of the staff treated me like a good friend might, and never denied a request, nor allowed me to endeavor alone without help or recommendation. It was a very good stay. The Grand is our new standard!
Nope, very pet friendly too- which was cool.

Every aspect of our weekend was made better by returning to our "homebase" at The SOHO Grand. Whether we were reclining in the room, hanging in the bars/public space, or running in and out after a quick shower/change it was a constant pleasure. Very personable staff. No questions, only answers and solutions.

Staff and Concierge service was so helpful and accomodating.

I would strongly recommend this hotel. Convenient location to shops and restaurants. Staff could not have been nicer and helpful.

Great location in SoHo, walk to everything
Teeny tiny room with terrible view. Only 2 chairs in the street level lobby
