This hotel was extremely pet-friendly. The staff was kind, accommodating, and happy. This hotel was clean & comfortable. We would definitely come back again and would recommend it to friends & family esp. those that have pets.

Do not disturb signs should be bi-lingual, since the housekeeping knocked on my door holding do not disturb sign (perhaps it fell off?). Ridiculous.

The actual sign of the hotel was very hard to find but the hotel is very nice. Pricey on drinks and parking. Did not eat at the restaurant inside but also looked pricey.

I really liked staying at this hotel. Every single person on the desk, maintenance and restaurant staff was wonderfully pleasant and/or helpful every single time we encountered them, even at 1 am. That probably doesn't seem extraordinary in theory, but in practice there's always at least one person who doesn't want to be at work that day and shows it. At this hotel, everyone was nice and it really made for a great stay. ...

Wonderful ambiance. Free wine hour for hotel guests. Best restaurant we've been to in years. Great pool bar! 100% recommendation!
