Granted because of the snow storm might have been caught off guard, but everything from bathrooms, doors, and paint. All need to be done over. Looks like original.

Incompetent staff - Could not find my reservation; Gave me the key to a room that was already occupied. Upon check-out, staff was unable to remove an erroneous charge. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told the manager was on vacation and I was not offered the alternative of speaking to an assistant manager.

Nice, clean hotel.but service was slow and bad. took forever to check-in even though I was only customer. Got wake up call a half hour early.

This is a great hotel, if only they would make sure that they repair broken things. Our bathtub and bath sink were clogged, therefore very very slow draining. Nothing was done while we were there, despite requests. They need to repair loose door knobs and shower heads.

The hotel is very appealing on the outside and we were not disappointed when we entered the foyer and later, our room. The colors of the room were muted, but restful after a long travel day. Everything was very clean. The desk clerk was extremely helpful.
