Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sonesta Es Suites Somerset

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

everything was great. TV's could be upgraded to a flatsceen at least in living room area. excellent breakfast, comfortable room. not a luxury hotel but a great hotel I will definitely stay again. plenty of towels and everything one could need
cabinets and counters are not up to today standards if granite and wood but are clean and well kept

great hotel for families and if space is what you need there is plenty. good beds including the sofa bed.

The suite was really nicely set up and equipped! The bed was fantastic and comfy. The bathroom was a little small but the vanity area was large and bright.
We were in a room right over the entrance area/reception area/breakfast area and in the morning, it was REALLY noisy, starting at 7am or so!!! In the future, I would request NOT to be in one of the rooms right at the top of the steps (rm #23 and others)

This was a perfect place for my husband and I to sneak away to for an overnight away from the kids :) We couldn't have asked for better! There's even a Ruby Tuesdays next door that we walked over to for dinner.

Location and price
The fact that pets are allowed

The rooms r big and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen staff needs to do a better job as it relates to customer service.

The room was very nice, it had a small living room with tv and couch, small kitchen with refrig, stove, sink and small microwave. The bedroom had a king size bed, with 4 very nice pillows, dressing/sink area, large coset and full bath with tub and tv.

The breakfast was okay and had a varity of items hot and cold. They had great bagels. They also had a nice evening meal on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with free beer and wine. You could not beat the priceline price for a great stay. I would go back again!

The hotel rooms were average with adequate space for the three of us. The location was fine, as we have stayed in the vicinity before. The staff was overwhelmed in the breakfast area, food on the floor and nothing but yogurt to select.Dirty tables...UGH!!
We were very disappointed with the "complementary" breakfast. After the bad experience we had the first morning of our stay we provided our own the next two mornings of our stay. I realize they were bombarded with people at once, but better organization!!

The suite was certainly adequate for our party of three. Comfortable, and the kitchen area was really a nice convenience. Location was okay. Not a big selection of restaurants in immediate vicinity. We were attending graduation at Rutgers University. A bit of a drive to that location, but certainly an easy, direct route.
