Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sorrento Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 5, 2013

Parking is quite pricey. You get two complimentary drinks with your reservation. It is a classic hotel, one elevator but charming.

Great "old European" hotel, intimate and romantic, close to downtown area, quiet, near hospitals.

We loved this hotel. It was warm, charming and inviting. The service was terrific, from the bellman to the bartender to the front desk concierge. We were upgraded to a suite which was much appreciated. The room was lovely, may-be a little worn but it was elegant and the beds and linens were top notch. The bathroom was small but well appointed and done tastefully in marble and neutrals. The location was a little off the beaten path (We usually stay at the W or the WAC); however, the Sorrento has a car that can take you anywhere in a 2 mile radius. We had a terrific stay! ...

Far from the city, small rooms and bleach smell in the room and on the linens.

After going to a Mariner's game we got back to our hotel and decided we wanted to buy a six pack. We asked the front desk where the closest store is and we started to walk there (it is close by), but before we knew it the hotel's shuttle driver, who should have been going home as his shift was over, pulled up beside us to pick us up to take us the rest of the way!
