Incredible location!! Small rooms, but well kept, updated older hotel but everything that can be done to make the room comfortable had been done. One block from Hollywood beach and boardwalk.
No, thought this was a great value.

great location abd price and convenience of kitchen facilities. Great shower pressure
too much noise thru cieling and doors. luckily most people went to bed early.

great accommodations for a young couple with no special sleeping requirements, especially if can tolerate external noise. beautiful beach/boardwalk 150 feet away down a quiet residential street. free parking and wonerfully helpful owner/staff.

The owner David, and his friend Isabella , and cleaning lady Artula were all GREAT!!!! they were all more than accomodating. The area was safe and a stones trow to the beach and boardwalk. My favorite thing was the bicycles that were provided to ride the
The only negative was not having a place to lie in the sun if not using the beach.

It was a great help having a parking pass provided by Dave to use anywhere in Hollywood, as it can be confusing as well as $$$$ to park. It was also nice having a washer and dryer at your disposal. The Inn was as a whole like staying with people you have known forever as everyone there , guests included , went out od their way to make you feel welcome. Good place and close to business area yet 1 block from the beach. Wifi good and parking on Premise. Unit had Refrigerator, microwave and stove, so more like a mini condo unit. All necessary stores 1 mile away.

Incredibly well run with friendly proprietor. Perfect location.
Parking ( as expected! ), a little cramped.

Perfect little place for single, pair, or even family travelers. 30 steps from the beach, 25 from a great boardwalk. Don't expect to be pampered, other than Davids professionalism, but if cute clean and quaint are for you this is a 10. Can't wait to go back.

I did not have time to stay longer

The place has years behind it and looks its age. It is clean and stocked for your every need at the beach. This was such a pleasant stay steps from a beautiful beach . It is a good place to relax and enjoy. Free parking on the beach as well
