My biggest complaint was not the hotel but Priceline I booked the hotel for Friday night do to unforeseen circumstances we had to stay an extra night I tried to book it through Priceline by telephoning I did not have Internet connection the price directly through the hotel was cheaper. You refused to honor the price I paid. I also stayed in the same hotel booking it through you the week before. ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
The elevator smelled like garbage and the hotel was dirty. The breakfast was very poor quality. However the beds are comfortable/room is large.

I liked the hotel very much. The breakfast was excellent with several types of coffee, plus egg and bacon or sausage sandwiches. The help in that room could not have nicer. Willing to help out with any request. One man arrived about a half hour after the end of their hours for breakfast, and they gave him special attention with more food even though he was very late. The beds were very comfortable and we liked the fact that there was plenty of flat space to put our things. Recently we were in a hotel that had no flat space, so we really appreciated the difference. There was a long couch in the room with a TV plus the large TV near the bed. We had a desk, sink and a large bath. Also the maintenance staff was quick to respond when our TV remote didn't work as expected. We definitely would stay at a Spring Hill Hotel again. ...

Convenient for a business traveler yet comfortable to leave family if traveling accompanied. Close to major roads and excellent access to restaurants, the beach and other attractions.

Close to I95 and in a nice corporate park environment. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff always welcoming. Very clean facility. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety.
