VERY GOOD LOCATION RIGHT NEAR RESTAURANTS, MALLS, SHOPPING, AND EASY ON, EASY OFF FROM NYS THRUWAY.

THE ROOM WAS VERY SPACIOUS AS WAS THE BATHROOM. NICE AMENITIES AND FREE PARKING. CLOSE TO THE CITY YET FAR ENOUGH AWAY THAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT URBAN ISSUES AS MUCH AS DOWNTOWN. THE BEST PART IS A SHORT DRIVE TO THE MALL, STARBUCK'S, AND GRANDMA'S PIE (best place in Albany).

Excellent, excellent, excellent front desk staff! Room was very nice.
No airport shuttle. Cab ride was $14.00

My room was spacious well decorated and clean. Overall impression of the entire property was excellent.

The hotel itself was nice the location was perfectly off the main road.
TThe smell of the own was very mildew smelling i couldn't get past the smell. I tried freshinup the room with my body spray but it didn't work. I didn't complain to the front desk i just want stay at that hotel in fear i will get another fowl smelling roo

OOverall it was a nice room .i did not stay for the breakfast so i can't comment on that but the staff was really nice and the lobby was really up to date and very clean.

The staff was by far the nicest people that I have ever dealth with at a hotel. The suites were very comfortable.
They didn't have a shuttle from the airport.

This hotel was a great place to stay!!! I will definately stay here again if I ever have more business in Albany!

Rooms are very nice and spacious.
No.

I was in the room by myself, but would be very comfortable in it with my husband and two children. It had a nice pull-out sofa, microwave and refrigerator. I will definitely use this hotel in the future.

The rooms are well-appointed.
The room was pretty small.

We booked for two adults on a work trip, and initially we were told that all they had was a pull-out couch for the second adult. Because we've stayed at this hotel before, we knew that they had a room with two queen beds. They were reluctant to let us switch, saying that they couldn't do it because it was booked through Priceline, but after insisting, they did.
