Hotel Guest Reviews of the Springhill Suites By Marriott Asheville
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Solo Traveler(1) | Traveling as Couple(7) | Family with Young Children(2) | Family with Teens(2) | Senior Traveler(1) | Group Traveler(2)

Nice refurbishment on this property, very comfortable bed.
The TV in our room was very oddly positioned. Also, the front desk clerk wrote down the number for a cab company for me but when I called the number, it was someone's personal cell phone. Awkward!

Breakfast was great - not just continental, but had waffles, eggs, etc. Hot and fresh, and great attentiveness from the staff. Also, rooms were very spacious.
The location isn't great for walking. It is closer to the interstate and the mall.

Great location, the rooms were clean and the hotel staff were very good. The breakfast was okay, but I have had better.
The door lock to our room was not working very good. Had to make several trips back down to the lobby to have keys re-coded, and they would not work well. Had to attempt 5-6 to get one of the replacement keys to work.
Great location, good price, clean rooms and close to downtown, just through the tunnel.

Great looking room. Interesting decor. Good common areas. The pool was wonderful to do short laps in and the breakfast was delicious and fresh. I loved the art in the room and the bathroom was very clean. Great pillows, comfortable bed and nice linens.
We had to move the couch so we didn't hit the TV stand in order to access the fold out bed. I wouldn't recommend the king suite if you're actually going to use the fold out couch. The TV is only a few feet away from the TV so it's a close view.

Clean, nicely furnished, great breakfast and typical Springhill suites which I like.
No flat screen TV. What's up with that? The rest of the room was nicely furnished and modern. Not a big deal, but very surprising and out of place.

The rooms were very spacious, and the kitchenette was a nice added feature.
The hotel was a lot farther from downtown Asheville.
The staff were very nice, and the room was clean and comfy. We were only here for short time but enjoyed our staff. The complimentary breakfast was very deluxe, a lot more than we were expecting! The staff was very friendly and the hotel itself was very inviting.
