Hotel Guest Reviews of the Springhill Suites By Marriott Austin North/Parmer Lane
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(3) | Solo Traveler(3) | Traveling as Couple(8) | Family with Young Children(2) | Family with Teens(1) | Senior Traveler(2) | Group Traveler(1)

I really like the updates in the room, and the staff was very helpful with any need we had... They also had a great breakfast!
The only complaint I had was that the a/c water was leaking into our room instead of to the outside of the building so the entire side towards the window was soaked... They did say that they would fix it as soon as possible.
Very clean hotel, great staff, and the breakfast had something for everyone. I was not expecting a basic room to have a kitchenette, living area, and bedroom... I enjoyed my visit a lot.

With the exception of very nice landscaping, there is nothing to recommend the hotel. It was clean.
The definition of the word "suite" is pused to its maximum. It is actually one room seperated by an 18 inch protrustion from one wall. There was only one (1) bed in the room and an uncomfortable pull-out sofa. This is a two star hotel - not three.
Clean and would do well for a single traveler. Has just the basics. The breakfast area was too small and way too many people there for the space.

I loved the location of this hotel. Convenient location for shopping, eating, and downtown Austin. I was very glad this was non-smoking and no pets.

Everything was extremely clean and well kept. It was also nice that it is recently renovated so the beds are comfortable and everything is aesthetically pleasing.

Good location; Very quiet considering it was next to I-35
I was surprised there was not a USB port on the desk so I could charge my phone; most hotels I stay at have one.
Very friendly staff; quiet; easy to get in/out of parking lot.

Very modern, spacious rooms. The location was great for us.
Suite came with a pull out couch. I don't know if it was just the handicapped room we requested, but when it was pulled out, you couldn't walk between the two beds. Very awkward. Other than that, perfect.
With the exception of the room layout, we'll probably book here again. Walmart and HEB right in the vicinity.

Really neat room layout. Staff was beyond friendly. Breakfast had a wide variety and even extended weekend hours.
The only complaint was no vending machines.

This hotel's internet was not working. I was unable to complete some very important work projects since the hotel's wireless internet was not working. I was talking on the phone to try and correct this problem, but they put me on hold and never came back
Make sure that the hotel's wireless internet is working.
