The hotel was nothing fancy a basic business traveler haven. Hotel staff was polite and room furnishings had a modern flair. The bed was highly uncomfortable, so much so that I checked out early. I was also displeased with the bathroom being that, I could see mold on the shower tiling. This really did not sit well with me after a more than unfavorable experience at the hot tub. The spa/pool area seemed unkept and unclean (towels everywhere, dirt flooring, etc). In fact the hot tub had dirt caked up on the insides, so bad it looked like mold. ...

The hotel was clean. No need to worry about little pest that may have lurked in the room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms was comfortable. The suite style room may it easy to relax without having to lay on the beds. A refrigerator and microwave made it easy to pick-up food and bring it back to the room. No need to wait or sit in a restaurant. We were able to relax. Excellent hotel. ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
The staff was friendly. The pull oh. Couch my son was going to sleep on turned out to be dirty when we opened it. The staff brought new sheets but handed them to me instead of making up he couch. They did offer to move us but after traveling all day we had in packed and were tired.

Very nice and comfy rooms. Pull-out sofa perfect for kids. Nice that TV rotated to both bedroom and sofa room. Perfect. Nice bath area too. Vanity is outside of the shower room which is very nice--not hot! Located in a convenient and nice area. Lots of families. Felt safe. Lovely room! comfy bed!
