Crazy check-in took over 30 minutes. 1 staff member working the front desk, a 2nd not willing to help out with about 20 guests in line after midnight.

Hotel Shuttle to/from Fort Lauderdale was useful.

The rooms were nice and big, two TV's and plenty of room to get work done.
While the customer service was excellent, a few front desk personel left a little to be desired. As if accomodating your guest is not your job! Also, make sure you get a car or are ready to pay a taxi, as eateries in walking distance are limited.

Location was good. Shuttle service to and from airport and cruise ports. Free breakfast. Good hotel for a nights stay before a cruise.
Hot tub didn't work. Needed more elevators.

Staff is friendly and breakfast was great!
The AC was so loud, I had trouble sleeping during the night...

Free parking,free internet,free breakfast and nice room. Location was okay but the AC is very loud and I couldn't sleep well.

Did not provide services I requested from staff such as a wake call.

The hotel staff appeared lazy and they did not provide my wake up call as requested. It appeared that the gentleman for the morning shift may have been asleep in the back.

Spacious room with nice decor, kitchenette, and working AC to get ride of the extra humidity in southern Florida.
Slightly far from Miami beach, but Fort Lauderdale Beach Promenade is just as good unless you need eye candies all the time.

Courteous staff, clean rooms, fresh towels (that smell like brown sugar!), ample parking, working AC. Everything we travelers need, they got it right. Coming from other two crappy hotels in the Miami area, I now appreciate the basic stuffs of hotels. =) Oh and did I mention free breakfast?
