It was quiet.
Hotel must have recently changed hands and was in repair or at least I hope it was. Staff was kind of ho-hum at check-in and check-out. Site entrance was located on an off ramp from main road. Hard to enter from other direction.

Hotel may eventuallly clean up nice but entrance situation won't change

Crazy check-in took over 30 minutes. 1 staff member working the front desk, a 2nd not willing to help out with about 20 guests in line after midnight.

Hotel Shuttle to/from Fort Lauderdale was useful.

The rooms were nice and big, two TV's and plenty of room to get work done.
While the customer service was excellent, a few front desk personel left a little to be desired. As if accomodating your guest is not your job! Also, make sure you get a car or are ready to pay a taxi, as eateries in walking distance are limited.

we were told they had a shuttle to the Miami and Ft. Lauderdale airports- i called and confirmed this. we arrived in Miami late and when we called for a shuttle they told us they did not service the Miami airport. we had to take a cab - $80.

The room was great! Staff very professional. Overall, a very good experience.
No problems/concerns.

Great place to stay. Clean rooms, Staff treated me well. Continental breakfast was a notch or two above typical free breakfasts at other sites. Hot food, wide variety of choices, scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon, sausage, bagels, pastries, cereal and fruit. I would stay here again.

Maid service does not check before just comes in room to clean. Glad I had the Security lock on.
