good hotel and great staff.

Great for adults and teens. Does not have that child friendly feel. Staff was excelent and very nice. Was close to airport and lots of food options. Free wi-fi and business center!

Breakfast provided is quite adequate, good coffee. Nice not to have Starbucks.

This is an economy place, not a 3 star. Clean for 2.5 stars. Ironing board pad is so thin, one has to put a towel over the board to iron well; bed 'ok'; only one hanger in closet; paper products rough; it was a good enough place, but not one that I would look to return to.

See above -- nice hotel, but I'm afraid it appears more run down since we stayed a few years ago. Floors need to be vacuumed daily--halls included. We saw the same fuzzies on floors all week, so nothing was vacuumed. Staff is very friendly and there is a Dunkin Donuts right next door that is open pratically 24/7. Good place to stay if you need to be close to the airport.

This hotel was clean and safe and handy to the airport...the staff was very polite and professional. The free breakfast was sufficient and the shuffle to the airport was helpful.

Nice, upscale, modern decor in the rooms with seperate shower and toilet rooms and each has a sink. That was a good idea. What was a bad idea was letting the interior designer think they knew how to build a shower. Its pretty. Its built badly. There is no flashing or gutters around the base of the door or edge of the door. Water gushes out of the shower in just a few minutes of showering which requires you use all of your towels to mop the floor dry. I don't pay for this level of room to play janitor, Motel 6 showers are tiny and look like crap, but they dont leak so this can't be rocket science. This place looks to have been built or had a major remodel in the last year, maybe 2 so what gives with the 32" tv 10 feet from the bed? TV's are dead cheap these days, they couldn't have sprung for at least a 42 or 50 for that distance? Very convenient to Bradley International Airport. They had 24 hour shuttle service to the Airport. Nice rooms, clean, exercise room and pool. Breakfast is offered for free.
