The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the wonderful lady who checked us in. And it was quiet.

Easy to get to from the airport. Close to restaurants which the shuttle will drop you to and from. Our rooms (4) surrounded the elevator but we never heard a thing. Everything was in good shape and the staff was very helpful in recommending a place to eat. (La Rosa was a very memorable dining experience). The billing was straightforward. Very nice rooms. The pool was filthy and the 23 hour coffee wasn't always available.
