Very helpful staff, great location (we were flying in and out of the sanford airport).
The cleaning staff seemed unmotivated. The commonplace floors were filthy. And our shower was a little grimy.

We arrived at 1030pm, Check in was very quick which I appreciated that late. Lobby area was very clean, the business center is right across from Checkin room was very quiet could not hear any of the buzzing around at the checkin desk.

Business center next to the check in desk, very quiet and convenient to print boarding passes for next mornings flight. Check in clerk was very efficient, and pleasant. When checking out for our early morning flight the morning clerk made sure we didnt leave without some fruit, & yogurt even though breakfast hours were not in effect yet. It was a packed hotel, but very quiet. Rooms were clean, it was refreshing to have a little extra space in our room, comfortable beds. Would definitley use this hotel again. extrememly easy to get to the Sanford airport, convenient to other eateries, right off the exit. ...

The hotel needs major renovations. Its tired and old. not worth the money they charge.

We found the staff went out of there way to advise us on local restaurants and what amazed me the most is when I shared with with the desk clerk that we had an early flight, she asked me if I wanted a cold breakfast bag at check out in the morning
