The staff was knowledgeable about the area
and always
asked what we needed, if there was more they could do.
My husband would like a selection of green tea at the beverage bar. I would like a ceramic cup. I like to hold the cup to warm my hands.

I thought the hotel and staff were great and very welcoming. The staff seemed truly happy to see us. There was a large group of 82nd Airborne which made for friendly greetings on the elevators and at breakfast. It made it easy to exchange greetings. It gave us an opportunity to thank our servicemen, their partners, and families. Rather than seeming exclusive, I felt happy to see them enjoying themselves and their families. Booking large groups can be a plus. There were also a number of guests in need of medical treatment, since it is near a hospital. Again, there was such a warm feeling about the hotel, for me, I could see the person, not the cancer disguising head scarf.

AIR CONDITIONER AND HEATER JUST NEXT TO BED- V. NOISY. LITTLE CONGESTED.

I requested handicapped room for my elderly mother. There was a roll-in shower bench seat which was perfect for her without worry of her falling.
Nothing everything was comfortable, and breakfast was delicious.

I would easily recommend this hotel to any friend or family member visiting in the area. It was near the Pennsylvania Turnpike exit (2 minutes) and check-in was quick and easy.
