Hotel Guest Reviews of the Springhill Suites By Marriott Wheeling

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Very roomy, comfortable suites. The staff was friendly and helpful. Being on top of a large hill, the view is great from any room. Although you will not likely want to make the trek down the hill and back up to eat or shop, the hotel is convenient to local attractions. Breakfast was good, especially the waffle bar. Overall, a nice, relaxing weekend.

STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONAL, HELP, COURTEOUS PROFESSIONAL.ROOM WAS VERY NICE GETTING UP THE HILL AND LOCATING THE HOTEL WAS A LITTLE BIT HARD. BLAME IT ON THE GPS.

CONSIDERING THE WEEKEND AND THE AREA WITH THE CASINO AND ALL THIS WAS A VERY FAIR PRICE AND BEAT MOST OF THE STANDARD HOTELS AND THIS WAS A SUITE. IT WAS NICE AND THE STAFF WAS IMPECCABLE.

A good location and a helpful staff.
The rooms were dusty. The frigde was broke in the 1 room. Other than that the rooms were good.

Price was very high for a 3 1/2 star hotel. I have had just as nice hotels for alot less money.

Check in at the the front desk was the best, The laddies were outstanding.
When we got to our rooms, the 1 door handle was broke. Bad frist impretion. Then when we got into the room there was no frige or microwave. Then in the other room i went to take a shower and the paint in the bathtub was peeling really bad. We went down s

First of all i have stayed in better hotels for alot less money. and they don't lie about what they have or don't have, and If they are under rentavations they say so. If they would have just told us ahead of time we would have non everything, then it would have been our choice.

The hotel was excellent in every way, we always stay at a Springhill Suites by Marriott
The only problem we had was...since we booked through Priceline (which we will never do again) we were not able to get our Military discount which is much lower than priceline prices. From now on we book directly at the hotel front desk.

If you have a military background, active or retired, book directly from the hotel to get a better discount than priceline or any other online sites. The hotel itself was fantastic, very very clean and very very friendly helpful personel. They also offered us a free nights stay at any of their hotels for the mixup with the military discount insodent

The room was amazing and the staff at the front desk was very accommodating.
Nothing I can think of.

The room had nice mattresses, tv, bathroom and view. The front desk attendant was very helpful.

For the price, I was disappointed in the more than average bathtub/shower - very plain and common. All other aspects/details of the room were awesome! Wonderful/Friendly Staff!

The complimentary breakfast was a real treat.
No nothing.

Great Suites, very comfortable bed, clean bathroom. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Swimming pool while small was quite adequate, and the hot tub was very nice. Really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying at Sprinhill Suites again when visiting the Wheeling area.
