Great location to stay if you are planning on doing lots of shopping. The rooms are great in size and the free breakfast is an added bonus. Will stay there again!

Solo Traveler
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially the doormen who gave me great advice. I was able to check in earlier than what I thought I would be able to and when I checked out the doormen held one of my bags for a few hours until my train left so I could spend more time in the city. The room was clean and had a great view and the bed was really comfortable. I loved the fact the hotel offered free internet, i found that to be something of a rarity in Chicago, honestly who would think a hyatt would charge for internet. The pool was on the top floor and had an amazing view, I did not use it but people with kids would enjoy it. I would suggest this hotel to anyone and will be staying there again...unless I bring my dog they don't allow dogs. It was within walking distance to most things unless you are lazy and in that case cabs are plentiful. Since its in the middle of a lot of things cab fare ends up being pretty cheap...the most i paid was 15 bucks (5 dollar tip included). ...

Couple
The room was big and even had a little sitting area which was awesome so we didn't have to sit on the bed every time. The staff was also so friendly, every time i visit Chicago I am going to book a room from this hotel!
