Staff was nice, pleasant and helpful!
We stayed in an adjoining suite, when I opened doorway in between rooms, it closed behind me and locked! My keys were in other room, and we ha the safety bolt was on! Thankfully they had a bolt cutter and we were able to get in our room...

It was great place to stay!

I enjoyed having a "living space" separate from "sleeping space."
This is a great hotel, but it is really, really close to the highway. Unfortunately, the highway noise is evident. They do leave you earplugs, but I used a fan to drown the car noises out.

Everything - from reception to check out was beyond expectations.

This hotel is convenient to everything in Northern Cincy area, especially Fairfield, Tri-County area. I stayed here and traveled downtown easily (30 min avg.) each day of my stay. It is close to the highway, so it does have some road noise. They do provide complimentary earplugs in the room in case someone is a light sleeper. The road noise was not enough that I personally needed to utilize them - no problems sleeping here. Bed is very comfortable, linens are excellent, room is spacious and clean and each has a microwave and mini-fridge in them. The room was very nice, clean,with a pleasant decor, everything you could want while staying away from home. The staff went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Very nice place, great staff, rooms are spacious and clean, well appointed. The bed was super comfortable, plenty of hot water in shower. The staff was helpful - great deal, should be rated higher than two and half stars.

Availability! Especially when we got snowed in and I had to book another night. We got to stay in our same room, which was nice. Breakfast was good.

I loved the retro couch. I want one!

The hotel was great. I loved the retro couch. I didn't notice noise from the Interstate or any noise what so ever. It was clean, staff was very nice and we were pleased. We had to leave before we could explore the breakfast bar but it looked nice.
