Springhill Suites Dallas Downtown West End

Hotel overall was really nice,excellent location,fairly. priced and had excellent. breakfast buffet. the beds were also very comfortable. I woud definitely. stay again.

It is in a good location, there is nice space in both the 'breakfast room/business office' in which to work. It was clean but could use a bit of a remodel bringing in new couches and such.

This hotel is in a great location. We had a conference about a mile away, and were supposed to stay in the conference hotel, but they lost our reservation and it filled up, so I booked here, and I'm so glad we ended up here! There are lots of restaurants and other attractions within two-three blocks of this hotel, including an aquarium, and the 6th Floor Museum (located in the warehouse where Lee Harvey Oswald assassinated JFK). A lot of the restaurants in this area have outdoor seating, so you can enjoy the atmosphere of the neighborhood. There are carriage rides on weekend nights, and there's a DART train stop about two blocks away, so it's really easy to get around to other places. There's a public bus (524) that runs from the airport to the train, so you can get from the airport to the hotel for $5 if you use public transportation. Other notes about the hotel itself: -There were some student groups staying here at the same time we were, and while I could hear them in the hallway, once I went in our room, I couldn't hear anything. -The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. ...read more

The hotel was very convenient for the west end and the 6th floor museum. The hotel is close to the bus station and the tram system, to get access to other parts of Dallas and the airport.

Very comfortable hotel in the Dallas warehouse district, near the aquarium. The area was well-lit and felt surprisingly safe despite the numerous cantinas in walking distance.

great location perfect for dallas inter city events. clean great staff.

In addition to the great staff the location is great!Right across street from shops for snacks and lipstick! And late night dining when convention goes after midnight! Rooms are clean, quiet, and well stocked. Pull out sofa was comfy. The shuttle to convention is BONUS!

Great hotel for the price. Great location to downtown. Close to trolley car. Great breakfast. Only negative was a bit wary to walk alone at night in the area.
