The Hotel's room layout was great, in terms of sleeping area and slightly separated sitting and kitchenette. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
The maid service was definitely a weak link.

The pool and hot tub were nice and very clean, the rooms were also very clean.
The buffet was good, but a bit short staffed, so coffee service was slow, although staff worked hard to help.
We arrived late, our room was, of course pre-paid, and specifically selected to accommodate our needs... And yet, the hotel gave away our room. So when we checked in, they no longer had a room with two queen size beds, only rooms with one king! That will not do when you have teenage kids. So we had to get another room! And the charged us the regular price! I thought we should get it for free or greatly reduced... say just enough to cover cleaning. But no. And it was late and we were tired so we caved... and bought the room. That extra plus was unplanned.
