Hotel Guest Reviews of the Springhill Suites Greensboro
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 23, 2013

We loved our stay here and would highly recommend a stay. The location was great for the civic center, and local shopping, great restaurants, and many common stores. Room was quiet. Request a room looking out the front of the hotel. There is a little pond/lake area w/ geese. Breakfast provided and small hot tub w/ pool area. Rooms are some of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. Superb! ...

This is the best value in the Greensboro area. I travel to this location all the time and I will now stay here all the time. THe very best of all three star hotels in the area. Should be 3-1/2 stars.

If you are an ACC Tournament goer, this is definitely the place to stay. Located past the Coliseum just off of I-40, you can get to and from the event with ease.

I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers. The full breakfast in the morning was great and the room size was great when there was more than one person in the room. It was also close to downtown.

For the rate, a very good place to stay. Note that wifi is a little flakey (sometimes good, sometimes dropping). Bring a pillow if you are picky about firm pillows. The hide-a-bed mattress in the couch was, as is often the case, too thin to be comfortable on the metal frame. The staff was very friendly and the hot breakfast a welcome perk.
