Hotel Guest Reviews of the Springhill Suites Greensboro

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Great staff, and awesome room. Cheerful room...everything crisp, clean, and neat.
Nothing. Location was great. I would have liked to have roomed looking over the little pond area.

We loved our stay here and would highly recommend a stay. The location was great for the civic center, and local shopping, great restaurants, and many common stores. Room was quiet. Request a room looking out the front of the hotel. There is a little pond/lake area w/ geese. Breakfast provided and small hot tub w/ pool area. Rooms are some of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. Superb! ...read more

The staff was wonderful - friendly, helpful, always pleasant. Also enjoyed the varied breakfast options, such as blueberries, raspberries and bananas to go with the cereal. The room was clean and bright and easily accessible from the parking lot.

I would definitely return.

The staff was super friendly and the rooms were very well maintained for the age of the hotel.
Nothing. Exceeded expectations.

This is the best value in the Greensboro area. I travel to this location all the time and I will now stay here all the time. THe very best of all three star hotels in the area. Should be 3-1/2 stars.

Very helpful staff and very welcoming room.
no. Everything was really nice for the hotel. Only annoyance was some younger guests were very excited and kept running through the halls and up and down the stairs. Someone must have complained because they finally quit about 10pm or so.

Very excellent value. Comfortable beds. Very pleasant stay.

Awesome staff, great location for the Coliseum, good clean rooms

If you are an ACC Tournament goer, this is definitely the place to stay. Located past the Coliseum just off of I-40, you can get to and from the event with ease.

The staff was incredible cordial and helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub was a nice relax at the end of the day and the size of the room was incredible convenient.
The location of the TV in the room was awkward.

I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers. The full breakfast in the morning was great and the room size was great when there was more than one person in the room. It was also close to downtown.

I paid for the room online, yet they wanted to put a hold of $20 in addition on my credit card. There wasn't $20 available and they said they didn't accept cash. He had to get permission from the manager to accept cash, and then it was $50.

Have extra money available on your credit card for their hold of $20 a day. They don't accept cash.

Convenient location, friendly staff, very clean room.
Seating area for breakfast time could be a bit bigger, but other than that it was fine.

Really friendly staff, from the front desk to housekeeping/maintenance people passed in the halls. I really like that they provided some disposable plates and eatingware in the mini-kitchen area.
Wifi was random. Sometimes solid, sometimes dropped every 30 seconds. Beds weren't comfortable and pillows were very lumpy (I like a more firm, foam-style).

For the rate, a very good place to stay. Note that wifi is a little flakey (sometimes good, sometimes dropping). Bring a pillow if you are picky about firm pillows. The hide-a-bed mattress in the couch was, as is often the case, too thin to be comfortable on the metal frame. The staff was very friendly and the hot breakfast a welcome perk.
