Family Traveling with Teens
Location is central to walk to restaurants and shopping. Nice view of he river and we saw 2 bald eagles in the tree outside our window. Others have complained about train noise but we only heard one train and it was no bother.

Family Traveling with Teens
The hotel is a short, nice walk to Massachusetts Street ... a beautiful spot in Lawrence. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast area was clean, and the offering was nice. Even though the location is close to everything, and in a busy area, it's quiet. The rooms are spacious.

An odd use of space. There is tons of space in the walkway, the lobby, the atrium, the hallways, the lobbies and then the rooms are tight with insufficient furniture as though you're on a boat. There was one drawer to put clothes in for two people. The drawer was narrow and shallow and there was no place to open your luggage. Sitting in the living room with our company, there was no place to sit. Overall, unwise or cheap use of space. Personnel were very friendly. Breakfast was adequate. No one gave us any info about pool, gym, whatever.
