Hotel Guest Reviews of the Springhill Suites Lehi At Thanksgiving Point
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.February 13, 2013

I would recommend my friends stay at this hotel if they were looking for easy location and fun things to do if they were staying for a while. I was just there for one night due to a gymnastic meet or we would have spent more time. Overall I think they have a great set-up, rooms were nice and clean and the Breakfast was great.

The bed is very hard so don't expected good sleep. The tv is nice but they really need a dvd player if you want to watch more than just the news or a reality show. The location is somewhat nice but we found ourselves traveling 5 miles to the next Lehi exit to do our eating and shopping although there are a few fast food places within a mile. The pool is fun, especially in the winter but WOW there's a lot of chlorine it. It burns your eyes just being in that room. The rooms aren't very sound-prohibiting. You can hear just about everything from the neighbors stepping out to every time they shower or flush a toilet. ...

This is a nice newer hotel. The staff is personable and accommodating. Very nice Continental breakfast spread. Very clean. Rooms are nice. Fairly good access to Highway. I would stay here again
but I would stay on the backside of the hotel and on the 4th floor. Here's why-walls are thin. Freeway noise is very loud. The hall noise is very loud-and this is a kid friendly hotel. The beds are on the firm side, so I would ask if there is a different suite with softer beds available. ...

An excellent choice for quiet relaxation. Comfortable beds and chairs. Loved the placement of the flat screen television for good viewing in the sitting area as well as from the beds with simple swivel. The pool was fun. Breakfast was filling and yummy.

This room felt like a family mini suite with all the privacy afforded by such a room, yet with a very affordable rate! The continental breakfast was Celiac friendly and had good choices. The hotel staff was accommodating, Evan apologizing for the unexpected road construction although it was not connected with their hotel. Great place; I can't wait to go back!
