Business Traveler
Good hotel. Rooms are big. I never understand the difference between 2.5 and 3.0 stars, but I assumed that I would never be disappointed with a 3 star rating, and I wasn't with this one.

Family Traveling with Young Children
I had a very positive experience at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the included breakfast was quite good.

Solo Traveler
The hotel just tucked away from the busy Milwaukee Blvd, with close access to I-94. You should be fine as long as you don't need to daily access Schaumburg or ORD, because the Lake Cook Road is jammed during rush hour (or else you're better off looking for a different property). The queen-bed room is very good size and very clean. The only small complain is pillows - there're 5 of them, but they're like the size for couch then for bed, very odd. As far as hot breakfast goes, it's decent, but definitely not as good as Hyatt Place's because of less varieties; Fruit salad is also missing. For those of you who like to hang out at Hyatt Place's bar, that feature is also missing. Wifi is available but I'd rather stay with Sprint's LTE which is much faster and the LTE coverage there is excellent. Overall I'm satisfied with the stay and will consider Springhill Suites in my future travel. ...

Business Traveler
Excellent location, reasonable price. It has been renovated so it overall it looks reasonably pleasant. However, there are telltale things that show signs of wear: the original doors, the electrical convenience outlets being loose, etc. -- that show signs of wear.

Solo Traveler
The rooms were clean and spacious; I enjoyed the layout and amenities. The hotel is located within a corporate park, so there was very little traffic or noise on the weekend of my stay. The breakfast was adequate; enough that I didn't need to seek out a restaurant. Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future.
