Hotel Guest Reviews of the Springhill Suites Logan

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Beautifully appointed rooms. Great guest amenities . A helpful, friendly staff.

This hotel is easy to find while entering Logan, UT. It is within 10-15 minutes of very good restaurants and USU. The hotel's associated restaurant, " Elements ", is much above average as compared to a usual dining option next to a hotel. The atmosphere and menu offered by Elements is creative and somewhat upscale. I would absolutely recommend the Springhill Suites in Logan, UT ...read more

It was a beautiful hotel, definitely one of the best I've ever stayed in. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very helpful.
The parking wasn't the greatest. Usually when I stay somewhere they have plent of parking right outside the hotel. I had to park quite a ways away, which made bringing my things in inconvenient.

Overall, I loved my stay at the Springhill Suites. I would definitely stay there again.

Great breakfast included. Very clean and brand new. Covered parking accross the street was free when we went
It was often difficult to find anyone at the front desk but when they were there they were very helpful.

New and clean hotel with great accomadations for the price. We will be coming back.

Loved the flowers out front & the couch/sitting area in suite.
Need crosswalk from parking lot to side entrance.

Our room was nice; just fine for a relaxing weekend getaway. It was quiet in the room. Clean.

The odd, two-bathroom arrangement.

Both the hotel and the restaurant were excellent, except that the restaurant service was very slow.

Loved the room. The staff was very friendly.
The free breakfast is much better at Crystal Inn. I thought that staying here at a more upscale hotel they'd do a better job.

I thought that getting in and out of the hotel was easy. It's close to many good places to eat. The hotel staff was very friendly and are willing to help with anything you need. Other than the free breakfast which I didn't like, they didn't equal Crystal Inns breakfast. I loved my stay and I would stay again.

Very clean hotel and nice staff. Nice pool and work out area.
The bathroom doors are glass. At 3 a.m. the whole family was awaken by the light that came from the bathroom.

Comfortable beds--set up of TV area with couch was great with our kids.
Hated
the set up of the bathroom.

It was overpriced when we called them direct, but Priceline was great. The bathrooms are the only reason I would not go again. The shower is in one area with a glass door that closes--so not alot of privacy and then the toilet area is in another area with a glass door that closes too. Found that it was very inconvenient, and no tub.
