The Room was great and the staff was definately helpful. I arrived at the location and the Hotel couldn't find my reservation. I was very embarrassing for me and I was going to leave. After about 45mins I was able to get a representative on the phone t
The Breakfast Buffet needs more attention. The hot food was gone by 8am and a lot of guest complained about not being able to have a hot breakfast which was promised to them.

The Hotel and front desk were great. More only issue during my stay in Naples was that my reservation wasn't able to be found at check-in. It was extremely embarrsing because nothing has ever happen like that to me personally. This made me very leary of ever using priceline again. I had to wait over 45 minutes just for them to decided to get me a room even though I had paperwork from Priceline with a booking number. The Hotel didn't acknowledge the reservation and told me that I had to contact priceline for them to find a Marriot Reservation ID. After waiting on prompts on the telephone. I finally got a chance to speak to a representative who wasn't really showing any empathy for my issue. To me it sounded like it was just apart of the everyday deal with Priceline. Then I was told by Marriot that they issue was due to error by priceline, but priceline pointed the finger at Marriotts reservations systems/policies. I'm not sure who's the blame but I travel alot with my company and I was shocked about how I was treated. The front desk was great and she was just doing her job. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. They had a very nice breakfast bar also.
There was very little pool furniture with only four loungers to sun bathe on. Most people were putting two chairs together to use so that made for even fewer seating options. Also there were so sanitizing wipes in the small workout room.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on the way from Fort Myers to Miami. It meets our expectation.Comfy and spacious room, decent breakfast and friendly staffs.

The working desk is hidden from the outside window, and the window is not very large, so for daylight lighting, it's not ideal...

A somewhat larger than standard, comfortable room; very accommodating, customer-oriented staff;
Slightly difficlut to get to.

The hotel should more accurately be rated as a 2.5*, but it's a very nice one; most glaring shortfall is it has no restaurant.
