Hotel Guest Reviews of the Springhill Suites New Orleans
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(4) | Solo Traveler(7) | Traveling as Couple(27) | Family with Teens(7) | Group Traveler(6)

I liked that it was in walking distance of the art galleries and restaurants. The hotel design was great and modern.
Staff could have been friendlier!

Nice room and space. Close to the convention center, river walk, and Harrah's casino.
The room we had was directly over the driveway of the hotel entrance, we could not open the curtains.
Close to everything in the warehouse district. Be prepared to walk to the french quarter. Overall not bad.

The beds were very comfortable. Shower was good
My room was not cleaned one day. Coffee maker was broken. Clean towels were delivered and a new coffee maker so all was well.
The breakfast was very good. Waffle maker with fresh strawberries, bananas and apples. Various types of milk. Juices and yogurt as well. Eggs sausage and ham etc. very nice.

The staff was helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean with good ammenities. The location of the hotel was close enough to key areas of interest, yet far enough away if you wanted some quiet time during your stay.

The hotel was in close walking distance of the convention center and not far from canal and bourbon streets. It was easier to walk then trying to navigate one-way streets and parking.
I enjoyed my stay and the free breakfast. The parking could have been cheaper but it was a better price than at neighboring hotels and it was very convenient.
It was reasonable price, clean, quiet and overall good deal. The breakfast buffet had a lot of difference choices and was well maintain.

Good breakfast, nice room.
Staff issued a second set of keys to another guest who walked into my room at 10pm. No on site parking first night there. Had to have keys redone on two occasions so they would work. Overall not a good experience.
Not happy with this hotel at all

This hotel was EXCELLENT!!! The front desk even called up on the first night to check my accommodations and when I vaguely stated that the noise from the club across the street was a bit much, they moved us to a quieter room. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Parking is high and cramped.
GGREAT PLACE to STAY. I will definitely return. The breakfast was always great and the entire staff is outstanding

The staff was extremely helpful. Good internet service. Parking was available each time we came in.
The T.V in my room did not work must of the time and the door key needed reactivation often.
The location seemed central to local attractions and lots of restaurants. Drove in so took our car to plantations and swamp tours and that saved us a bundle.
