This room was very close to the convention center.
Because the breakfast was so popular with guests, it tended to be a bit messy in the breakfast room each morning. More staff cleaning up after guests would be great (or neater guests!!).

Location was convenient for our plans.
Neighborhood was scary, no parking, had to park blocks away on the street and walk through scary neighborhoods to get to and form my hotel.
Typical Marriott conversion of an older hotel, in a scary part of town. Very limited parking. Moderately helpful staff.

The hotel had the fastest internet, I have ever had in a hotel.

Staff was very hospitable and helpful.
Very high car parking fee and very tight room size.
Considering the business district the hotel was adequate. The room size was really small and the bed was very soft. We had to sleep on the floor to get a better sleep. The staff informed that all beds are of the same type, so changing the room will not be of any use.
