Family Traveling with Teens
The staff of the hotel was nice,friendly and helpful. The location was great and we enjoyed our stay because we didn't have to drive anywhere because we caught the trolley which was near. We would use the hotel again and would recommend it to others.

Family Traveling with Teens
Was a distance from French Quarter and nice walk to Riverwalk. Excellent if attending the Convention Center. Street parking is available..just be persistent.

Family Traveling with Teens
I would recommend this hotel to families traveling with 10 and up children. I felt very safe walking around even in the evening. We did not stay out later then 8:00 p.m. The staff was great!! We got soaked in a downpour and they had extra towels to us within minutes. When we were too tired to go out after the Zoo, they had take-out menus readily available and the places delivered to the room. The breakfast was clean and had enough seating and food for all. The Hotel is a little older, but well maintained and very clean. Great Hotel...Fantastic Staff! ...

It was a pleasant stay at a great price. We would stay here again and recommend it to others. The complimentary breakfast was good. But most of all the staff was excellent.

Family Traveling with Teens
The hotel was neat and clean. Staff was frindly and efficient. A city map was provided which helped in getting around NO and back to the hotel.
