Excellent free shuttle service. We chose to take public transit into town and they gave us a free ride to the nearby metro station! We didn't want any maid service due to my anxiety disorder. They left a basket of fresh towels after the third day! So nice
I wish I'd realized just how far it was from downtown. Much better suited for someone renting a car. Not a major problem though.

Kept the rain off our heads, other than that, nothing.
Everything from our Suite being very small to rude customer service. Coffee was really bad.

We were told they had free parking, but when we checked in the night before our flight, we were told they don't have free parking for people that fly. They told us to find a place to take our truck and took us to their data room to book something online. Their printer was out of paper and the customer service rep. who came to put more in the printer was very rude and only added 5 sheets to the printer. We will never stay here again, instead will find cheaper hotel and book parking with O'Hare Blue Sky Parking. Blue Sky was very friendly, loaded our bags, brought our truck to us. Blue Sky gave us wonderful service, Springhill Suites will never see us or any of our friends again. ...read more

The staff was very friendly. The shuttle was every 1/2 hour on the 1/4 hour. This was a very good feature. The shuttle was on time.
No big towels in the bathroom. I did not notice until morning. Room smelled like stale smoke.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The shuttle was on time and convenient. The breakfast was appreciated and had a variety of selections. The room smelled of stale smoke and seemed crowded the way the beds were arranged. Overall ok for arriving at 12:30 pm and leaving at 7:30 am for our flight at O'Hare

Great staff, I asked for a quiet location and got it! Everything went well, the lady at the free breakfast buffet was incredibly cheery, I would go back to this hotel.

The room was amazing! I was really excited for the fridge, microwave and kitchen sink...not to mention the cabinets!
The bath towels were extremely coarse to the touch...not very pleasant to dry off with. The only other negative was that the engineers added water to the pool which dropped the temperature immensely, but no sign was posted to warn tha

I loved that the pool/workout room is on the bottom floor and not the lobby floor! That way you don't have to walk around in your swimsuit with guests who are checking in/checking out or eating breakfast.The parking garage is small, but very clean and convenient,The staff is very friendly and helpful.The hotel is within 10 minutes of a lot of great restaurants and stores. It is also only about 10 minutes from the Allstate Arena. Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg is only about 20 minutes away. ...read more
