Hotel Guest Reviews of the Springhill Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista/Marriott Village
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.February 21, 2013

Terrible place,They proceeded to charge my card twice for $XX for a total of $XXX, then they charged me $XX 2 days after checking out. This is after I had already paid priceline for the room. I was supposed to have one charge for $20 for incedentals, and I got a final bill stating $0 charges, yet they continue to bill my card. The free breakfast was terrible, stale bread, terrible eggs, terrible everything. The pull out bed was disgusting I wouldn't let my kids sleep in it. This is a terrible experience for a mariott brand. ...

Great hotel for the price. Convenient to Downtown Disney and whole Orlando area. The pool area is great for kids and the free breakfast was way above expectations. The hotel staff was a Little disorganized but overall a great experience.

Our overall experience at this hotel was very poor. When we got there they were overbooked and we didn't get into our room until very late. Then the air condition in the room wouldn't go below 75 degrees. Maintenance came said the unit freezes and there's nothing that can be done until it thaws. Air condition was never below 73 degrees. Then our TV didn't work. We weren't able to get any channels. Again Maintenance said they would look into it and call the cable company. It was never fixed. Then our mini fridge didn't work. Nothing was getting cold. We told the main desk, and they said someone would fix it... it never was. The free breakfast buffet is a joke. muffins and bagels and watery eggs. That's what you get. if you want a quality breakfast at the hotel you have to pay 14$ per person for a buffet at a different hotel. The location of the hotel was ok. However, you get to sit in traffic for an hour just to try to leave the parking lot. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. We will never stay there again. ...

This is a wonderful hotel with very friendly and active staff. The rooms are spacious – we had a king bed with a sitting area and kitchenette. It was ridiculously convenient to Downtown Disney, and the price was amazing for all that. We had just paid about the same amount for a Microhotel near Tampa without any of the high points this hotel had. We would definitely book here again!

Very nice hotel, they need people on the lobby to help to you with the baggage, but the staff was very kind. And the most valius, they have a Expedia Agency, to buy every tickets for whatever you want in Orlando! It's great, and very nice price.

First let me say that I stayed at this hotel because of the reviews from others. I also want to mention that I have stayed at many hotels in the area, thought over 33 yrs. So on to my experience. When we first arrived we were exited, because of the location and outside appearance, as well as the lobby and common areas. Then we stepped in to our "suite", needless to say we were a bit disappointed, remember this carries the Marriott name. The rooms are outdated and seemed cramped, the room is no bigger than a regular room, it just has a lot of extra furniture. We also had two issues, the water pressure in the 4th floor was very weak, so we changed to a room on the 1st floor, and also we had issues with the access keys. On to the breakfast, unless you like waffles go some were else to eat if you want something warm, the rest is breads and cereal. The hotel is not bad, but the reviews here can be misleading and can cause disappointment, so don't think that because you are staying at a Marriott Suites that you are going to get something special. ...
