9,Staff was good and courtesy,l woul like who ever is in charge to be more educated when situacion like that happen and at last do something to make the people feel better after you mistake,in my case was very unconftable to be watting that long,after my driving, six and have hours,to get dear,that is my only complaing...

20 minutes from Boston. An easy drive for good day trips into the city.Very nice and helpful staff.Rooms are tired, from the walls to the rug and curtains to the furniture. But pillows were new, and bed was comfortable.Was clean, and the maid service was good.

Family Traveling with Young Children
I was a bit nervous doing the 'ask your own price.' However, for the price I paid, this was a really nice place for an extended-stay family vacation. It was central to the locations in Salem and Boston that we visited. Crappy gym for the athletically inclined.
