The staff was super! Also the location was good...close to the highway and lots of shops.
You could tell they are working on upgrading the facilities. The room showed wear...but was clean.

Clean, bright, newly-renovated rooms.
Hotel public areas undergoing major construction - not mentioned when I made reservations. Also, breakfast was poor. Mostly carbs. Sausage and eggs were not identifiable and cold.

Convenient location to major Peoria attractions!

Nice size room for the price, loved the desk and kitchenette area.
Air-conditioning was way too loud and fan did not have a low enough speed.

The cleanliness and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Would recommend for that alone.
The sofa in the living room area was not comfortable.

My entire family was pleasantly surprised by the room size, TV size and fabulous breakfast. Not many hotels that offer free breakfast include made fresh waffles, eggs, sausage, english muffins, bagels and an assortment of cold options. We are canceling our reservation at another hotel and re-booking at this one for next month.

The suite was more like a home then a hotel. Very nice furnishings with LCD TV see from bed or living area.
Few things need repair, ceiling over breakfast dining area dripping and door got stuck when card swipe, hot tub not hot enough.d.

Though a Marriot chain, this one is going into disrepair some. The suite is excellent for longer stays as it has seperate sleeping & living area, but does not have a door. The breakfast is immense with sausages, waffles, eggs and all the dry goods too. The ceiling above the dining had minor leak, though not above the food. The hot tub wasn't hot enough, maintenance tried, but they were waiting for a part. ...read more
