Spacious, well-equipped rooms, very nice staff. Excellent price!

This is a perfect location for those who need to be near the medical center complexes or want to be close to I10/downtown San Antonio without the noise or higher room rates. The beds are very comfortable, and the air-conditioning (a deal maker or breaker for us) was fantastic. Highly recommended, and we will stay there again!

The staff was very helpful. And the room was exceptionally clean and unexpectedly large.
The address was difficult to GPS. The breakfast was ordinary.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. A true gem. When I return to Sa Antonio, I will stay there again.

Very nice place to stay. The nice large rooms.
Rooms not faced to the IH-10, our room was a little nosy

We casn only recommend this hotel. It is almost new, beautiful decor and great breakfast. the room was large, very nice and clean.

Great room as the pictures indicated. 5 of us stayed here and we enjoyed the breakfast very much. Didn't encounter many staff, but the couple we did were very nice.
Not much to complain about other then they have a very small pool.

Great hotel at a great price. We stayed only one night and hotel rooms were identical and clean.

Overall feel, room setup was nice.....spa location.
Rooms too quiet so when using the restroom, you can hear everything. exhaust fans in restroom or shower room would help. Breakfast bar could use more items. I kind of expected better from what I read before booking.

Lovely rooms that allowed a very relaxing time. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assure a pleasant stay
The whirlpool was a little too hot the first night, a little too cool the second night -- hoping for the Goldilocks temperature on our next stay :)

Booked one hotel and after I get there late in the evening, I was moved to a different hotel 15 miles away and I was never informed

The whole experience is PATHETIC. I did not stay in the hotel I am taking this survey on. I was moved to a different hotel which I was let known after I got to the hotel. The hotel never tried to contact me. I was very inconvenienced with my stay and after hours of research online about the hotel, I did not get to stay in the same hotel. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

It had convenient access to the major roads, near gas stations, restaurants, and malls. Was near Six Flags & Sea World.
Some communication problems with housekeeping. I needed the feather pillows replace with non-feather pillows.

Overall it was good. It had a free breakfest, an indoor swimming pool and a work-out room. We loved the room with handicapp acessible accomoditations.

Room was modern and roomy. Loved how the room was divided by a wall between bed and foldout couch/desk/microwave/coffee/frig. We got the handicapped room and it had a bath with sink/mirror and a separate sink/mirror with toilet.Bed linens, bed

I didn't see any pets so I was not aware that it is pet-friendly. Didn't smell cigarettes or pets.
