My family had two King Size Suites and stayed for 2 nights (4 adults, 1 child)Pros:-Location is good if your heading to Sea World.-Rooms are good sized and provide a comfy working area if you need to pull out the lap top.-Internet and breakfast are included.Cons:-The staff wasn't helpful if you arrived earlier than normal check-in. They had rooms available, but wouldn't check us in at 12pm as opposed to 2pm.-Breakfast service stops right at 9:30 even if you've been waiting in line for pancakes for 15 minutes they remove the batter from the dispenser and throw it away! Wasteful and rude! Eat early because their breakfast area cannot handle full capacity of the hotel. It was a mad house in the morning. ...

the rooms has a good size space. but breakfast was terrible. the staff wasnt very accomodating. and the call themselves springhill suites seaworld but dont offer shuttle to sea world! never staying here again. the housekeeping left business cards for a car repair or something like that. and i left my thermometer behind at the side table and housekeeping "didnt find it".

The location is perfect, within 15 minutes to Lackland Air Force Base. Very clean hotel, next door to a restaurant.

So far I say that the hotel is good, they really need more employees to provide a good customer service and bigger swimming pool and gym. They also need to have more double beds because for a Marriott to say to customers "I am sorry that even though you paid 150.00 per night we are not able to offer you the best or at least what you deserve". Next time might as well stay in a Quality Inn better service cheaper price. ...
