Hotel Guest Reviews of the Springhill Suites Winston-Salem
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.September 4, 2012

Front desk staff was not overly friendly, but they were helpful when needed. Common areas and room were all very clean and comfortable. The pull out sofa was excellent for traveling with young children. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. Very satisfied.

I first walked in. I basically had to make the desk clerk notice me.
For the price it was worth the money. I wasn't too impressed with the continental breakfast choices.

Family Traveling with Young Children
This hotel is fairly new. It is very clean, modern, and comfortable. Breakfast was good, they served eggs, bacon, cereal, bagels, and waffles. Traveling with our young children ages 6, 3, and 2, cleanliness of the hotel was not an issue. Other family members that stayed in the same hotel were giving it high reviews for the same reasons.

Appeared clean. It was a non-smoking hotel, but there were no signs saying so. Guests in the room next door smoked and it poured through our shower vent into our room. Horrible smell. Only one desk attendant and no other employees in the hotel, so he couldn't leave the desk to tell them to stop smoking. Seems poorly managed, although employee was nice. There need to be no smoking signs in lobby, in rooms, and desk help should tell guests upon registration there is no smoking in the hotel. ...

I will forever use this hotel as my choice to stay! The staff went above and beyond! They were all so polite so nice and all helped where ever they could! Our kids are a bit loud sometimes and our song often screams and bangs his head due to his medical back ground! We even got to go out just my husband and I and left the sitter with the kids and the staff made sure the kids or my sitter didn't need anything! Even when we lost blanket my 4 year olds favorite thing they helped us look for it and found it!!! The service and hotel was above Azing and worth every penny we spent there! ...

Great stay, friendly staff. I would recommend staying here as they also had a mini- business area in the room. Great location by many good restaurants and easy access to the inter-state.
