the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, the continental breakfast hit the spot and the price for the night was very reasonable....it was also close and easy to get to foxwoods...we would definitly stay there again...

Perfect place for someone not needing all the amenities of a pool, weight room etc. very clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Great place to stay at very reasonable rates!

I booked this hotel because of the low price and its proximity to Foxwoods Casino. The casino hotels charge four times as much. This was only ten miles from Foxwoods, a very easy route, and for an older place, it was very well kept. I would definitely give it a four star rating, for cleanliness, amenities,closeness to Foxwoods and for charm.

Clean room.
No hot water the next morning. Hotel had recently had the boiler system replaced or repaired. Hot water came back later.

Clean, comfortable, nice owners.

It was very clean. The owners were very accommodating and helpful with information about the area. It's a short drive to the beaches. Coffee & fruit was available in the lobby all day. You can't beat it for the price.

IT was so convienent to our destination. It was right off the highway and the owners were so nice!!

I have to say that when we made the reservation I was very unsure about what I would find when I got there. I usually stay at 5star Hotels but we were going to Foxwoods and couldn't afford the rooms there. WE got this room at the Motel last minute and I was not looking forward to staying there. I now will never expect the worse because I worried for nothing. IT may of not been the Marriott but it was very comfortable, the view was very nice and the owners of the Motel were extreamely very nice and friendly. Tremendous value. Exactly what a basic motel should be.
Shower was a little slippery.

In searching reviews for motels was surprised at the high ratings for such a moderate price. Almost looked like an aberration. So wanted to see for myself. And fully agree with those excellent ratings. This is a wonderful place to stay en route. Extremely basic furniture. But exceptionally clean.
