Reception staff was wonderful & location was great.
Room was a bit tight for 2 people, also, the restaurant was a bit stark.
Dinner meals were excellent, compliments to chef. Room
was a bit tight for 2 friends. Servers in restaurant too reserved (seemed cold). Restaurant had a stark look. Reception staff was accommodating.

Nicest hotel I stayed at in Italy, nice break from all the small hotels in other cities.
The hotel was not as close to the city center as I hoped for.
This was a great hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, roomy, and comfortable. The hotel offered a good free breakfast, especially for European hotel standards. The only down side of the hotel is that is about a 15 min walk from the city center, but that give you a chance to walk off part of dinner/dessert.

the hotel was very nice and the employees were very friendly
i was hoping it would be a little closes to the town center
the hotel was very nice and clean, but it was about a 10/15 minute walk to the main attractions.
