Hotel Guest Reviews of the Staybridge Suites Covington
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 9, 2013

I requested a king size bed and was told that b/c I booked thru price line, there would be an "upgrade fee". Then, they put us in a handicapped room saying it was the last room available (the hotel wasn't even full!). I wouldn't stay here again. I felt like the front desk was punishing us for not booking directly thru them.

This room was perfect for our overnight stay. It would also be ideal for a longer stay. The room had a "home" feel to it. We were very pleased with our stay.

Family Traveling with Young Children
The Staybridge Suites in Covington offers comfortable accommodations and a convenient location near I-12. New Orleans is just a 45-minute drive away. Pros: Every morning, they serve a free, hot breakfast buffet and Tuesday through Thursday, they also serve a dinner at the evening Sundowner Receptions. Cons: Hotel is not very family-friendly! Despite the fact that all rooms are "suites", they cannot even accommodate more than two people per room unless you upgrade to a two bedroom suite for over two hundred dollars! No pull-out sleeper sofas! Outdoor pool not heated. The "putt-putt golf" that they advertise is really just a putting green. This hotel is better suited for business travelers, not pleasure or families, especially for the price they charge per room. Good thing we Pricelined our room for a discounted rate, but would not stay again in the future. ...

The room was huge!!! Extremely clean! It had a living room and full kitchen including a dish washer and refridgerator. Sleeping area was in it's own room.

This is without a doubt the best deal in a hotel that I have found ever in the New Orleans area, its a little out of the way in covington, but its worth the drive and there are lots of great places to eat close by, I will definitely be staying here again

We enjoye our stay overall but the people staying above u were very loud and we asked the staff twice over a 10 hour period to ask them to quiet down without relief. The luggage cart was also duct tapes together and it didn't seem very safe.
