Staybridge Suites Laredo

From the time you show up the staff really molds itself to your needs. The room and hotel itself had quite a few amenities. Everything looked brand new.

I have read some bad reviews about this hotel but our stay was very good. It is convenient to restaurants and right off a major highway. The front desk was very friendly and professional. The best part is that there was nothing wrong with our room which required that we call the front desk. It was a good and restful stay.

Hotel is a great stay only a few years old with clean and modern rooms. Excellent free breakfast every day a lot of selection endless food. The pool is very clean and never crowded. The lobby area is nice great for relaxing. I like the location of the hotel it's outside on the loop 20. I've stayed there many times in the past and never had any problems always been satisfied.

It is conveniently located near the airport. The evening staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well furnished and decorated, including all the amenities someone would need.

A good business class hotel, that is new enough but will need serious repairs if the maintenance standard is not improved.

Have stayed here before, actually in the same room. Good hotel for the price. Very good amenities, but no cleaning service on the weekends, so trash was full and we needed more towels. Room was missing a night stand for some reason and the wall looked like it had been recently repaired. Other than that, room and hotel served its purpose.
