Great place for us to organize a group to stay for the Sony Erickson Tennis Tournament. Clean, spacious and people were quite helpful to us.

The Stay bridge Suites that we had reserved apparently had been overbooked. It is located behind the Holiday Inn Express and was impossible to see from the road or to locate even with a GPS. We drove around over and over trying to find it. Because the Stay bridge Suites were full, they apparently had turned off all their signs & booked their extra guests (like us) into the Holiday Express next door. We didn't get the suite that we had booked online and had to go back to the Stay bridge Suites for our complimentary breakfast. The hotel was OK, but the staff at the Holiday Inn Express never really explained what was going on and seemed perturbed at the people who were questioning them. The staff at the Stay bridge Suites just blew us off when they sent us away confused to the Holiday Inn. ...

I would remove this hotel of your list as a place to stay, the people were nice, but nice does not replace a feeling of comfort. The lighting around the hotel is poor and the sign to display access to the hotel cannot be seen. It is also located in the back of a Holiday Inn.

Decent hotel, though seemed a little over-rated. Very good breakfast, nice computer access. Good sized suites. Kitchen was a little "worn," though functional.
