Dreary decor.
Although the decor is dreary, the sheets subpar, the mattress uncomfortable - the location and staff made up for everything.

The hotel was awesome! I recommend the hotel.
I liked everything about this hotel!
The continental breakfast was great. Although the oatmeal was cold, i think it was an employee error, it was in a crock pot that was not turned on. The socials were very nice. Great room with a great view.

The rooms were big, which isn't always easy to find in New Orleans. Location is a little off the beaten path, but definitely close enough to walk everywhere we wanted to go.
A bit noisy.

Great location and staffing; loved the Tuesday-Thursday buffet and open bar event where we got to meet other people visiting New Orleans; very good breakfast.
This is a great option for having a suite setup in the French Quarter and Riverwalk area. We are regular visitors to New Orleans. This hotel is a great find for the area, an easy walk to much of what you'd want to do in New Orleans.

The room we got was NOT what was shown on Priceline (seperate living room from bedroom.)That was a huge disappointment & they told us that since we booked through PL, they would not help us correct the problem. Parking was more & pool too cold to swim in.
Pool too cold to use, parking more than stated, room not what was booked, staff lied to us & said they didn't even have the room we booked, but turns out they did. :(
Check with hotel about all specifics & clarify. Not what we were expecting. Very disappointed.

I liked the helpful staff and the cleanliness of the room. Very good breakfast also!
We had to wait a little longer than expected to check into our room.
Was in a very good location. Really now staff and an excellent breakfast. Would definately consider staying again.

It was a very good location in proximity to Harrah's casino and easily walkable to Bourbon St.
There is no house keeping service on the weekends. Towels and such piled up and became an inconvenience.

The hotel has been updated and the pictures online are not accurate on various websites which is a PLUS. Suite rooms were very large and clean. Very pleased once I checked in to the room
Location was a little too far from where I needed to be this weekend.
